Cancellation & Refund Policy
Beyond Gaming believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation Timing
Orders can only be cancelled immediately after placement. However, cancellation requests cannot be honored once vendors have begun shipping the items.
2. Perishable Items
We do not accept cancellations for perishable goods like flowers or food, but will offer refunds or replacements if quality issues are documented.
3. Damaged Items
Customers must report defective or damaged products to customer service within 2 days of receipt. The merchant verifies the claim before processing.
4. Quality Concerns
If products don't match website descriptions or customer expectations, notification must occur within 2 days of delivery for appropriate resolution.
5. Warranty Claims
Products with manufacturer warranties should be directed to the manufacturer for warranty-related issues.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds take 6–8 days to process.
7. Undelivered Packages
When packages are returned undelivered, both original and return shipping charges are deducted before refunding the balance.
8. Cancellation Fees
Approved cancellations or non-deliveries incur a 10% restocking fee deduction from the refund amount.

Beyond Gaming believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- Beyond Gaming does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the Beyond Gaming, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- In case the package is undelivered and returned back to us, shipping charge and return shipping charge will be deducted from the amount and balance amount will be refunded to you.
- Incase of cancellation or non delivery approved there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted and the the amount will be refunded.
