1. Shipping Details
At our store, we take special care in packaging your ordered items using Bubble Mailers and high-quality cardboard boxes and packaging materials to ensure that they reach your doorstep in perfect condition. Understanding the anticipation and excitement that comes with placing an order, we’ve designed our website based on our own experiences as collectors who frequently order items online.
2. Order Processing Time
We closely monitor our order log, and as soon as an order is placed, we initiate the packing process promptly.
All orders are dispatched within two working days (Monday to Friday), You’ll receive notifications via email and SMS once the items are shipped, including a tracking number. If you don’t receive the tracking number within two days, please contact us through our Instagram account or via contact@beyondgaming.in.
3.Estimated Delivery Time
We use private courier services through ship rocket, with an estimated duration of 3-5 days, as private couriers handle packages with extra care.
In case of any logistical issues with the private courier services, we will opt to send the packages either through Delhivery, Maruti Couriers, DTDC or Professional Couriers.
Important Note: We do not offer COD as a payment option for shipping. All orders will need to be pre-paid through the payment gateway.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the volatile trading card and rapid fluctuation in price, all trading card sales are final. Detailed product images are displayed to ensure the customer is made aware of the condition of the products prior to purchase. However, in some special cases, we may accept returns if the request is made on the same day of receiving the package. All items must have their seal intact and be in their original condition.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can help rectify the situation. If the Returns that are not due to an error on the part of Beyond Gaming, the customer may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the refund case is accepted then the refund will be made within 2 days.
5. Shipping Refund
In cases where multiple orders are placed with Beyond Gaming by a single customer. Depending on the packaging or shipping status of the order, we can refund the excess shipping amount back to the customer.
If the products are already packed, a flat Rs.40 packaging and handling fee will be deducted from the returnable amount. For example, if the shipping charge is Rs.150, then Rs.110 will be sent back to the customer.
6. International Pre-Orders
In case of an international pre-order request, the customer will be charged a fixed price subject to the agreed price between Beyond Gaming & the Customer.
Any and all Freight Charges (Incl. customs) incurred on pre-order items will be directly borne by the customer. For this the proof of freight charges will need to be sent by Beyond Gaming to the Customer.
Beyond Gaming does not take responsibility for any packages opened during customs inspections for pre-order items.
The above terms can be subject to any exceptions agreed upon by Beyond Gaming and the customer. In this case Beyond Gaming will send the final order details with agreed terms by email from contact@beyondgaming.in to the customer which will serve as the final agreed terms and conditions for the international pre-order request.
7. Domestic Pre-Orders
For domestic pre-order requests (specifically for locally sourced products) , the customer will be charged a fixed price subject to the agreed price between Beyond Gaming & the Customer.

Trading card sales are final due to price volatility. Detailed product images are provided before purchase. Exceptions exist for same-day requests with sealed, original condition items.
A 10% restocking fee applies to non-error returns. Refunds process within 2 days if approved.
5. Shipping Refund
Multiple orders from one customer may qualify for excess shipping refunds. A flat ₹40 packaging fee is deducted if items are already packed before processing returns.
6. International Pre-Orders
Fixed pricing applies per agreement between Beyond Gaming and the customer. Customers bear all freight and customs charges with proof provided.
Beyond Gaming is not responsible for packages opened during customs inspections.
