2) Policies

Your use of our Website and purchases are also governed by the following “Policies”:

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a Policy, the relevant Policy will prevail for that subject (e.g., Shipping Policy for delivery topics, Return & Refund Policy for returns/refunds).

3) Eligibility & User Responsibilities

• You confirm you are 18+, or using the Website under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian.

• You agree to provide accurate information for orders and communications.

• You must not misuse the Website (including introducing malware, attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or disrupting services).

4) Product Nature (TCG & Collectibles Specific)

We sell trading card and collectible products, including (but not limited to) sealed packs/boxes, singles, graded cards/slabs, accessories, merchandise, and supplies.

Randomized sealed products: Packs/boxes contain randomized contents. We do not guarantee pull rates, chase cards, rarity outcomes, specific contents, grading outcomes, or monetary value.

5) Product Listings, Images & Condition Notes

• Product images are representative. Packaging/artwork/print may vary by manufacturer batch/region.

• For raw singles, condition assessments are subjective. We aim to describe fairly, but minor imperfections can occur in TCG items.

• For graded slabs, the grade assigned by the grading company is the condition standard.

6) Pricing, Taxes & Availability

• Prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise.

• Taxes (including GST) apply as shown at checkout/invoice where applicable.

• Stock availability can change without notice and is not guaranteed until the order is accepted/processed.

• If there is a pricing or listing error, we may correct it and/or cancel the order and refund as per applicable Policy.

7) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted only when we process/confirm it for dispatch (or otherwise explicitly accept it).

• We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, address issues, payment verification failures, suspected fraud/abuse, or operational constraints.

Cancellations (high-level): Cancellation eligibility, timelines, and charges (if any) are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.

8) Pre-Orders

• Pre-order release dates and delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to supplier/manufacturer logistics.

• Allocation may be limited; if we cannot fulfill, we will handle it as per the Return & Refund Policy.

• Pre-order cancellation terms are governed by the Return & Refund Policy and/or product page disclosures.

9) Payments

• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways and approved methods.

• We are not responsible for bank-side failures, gateway downtime, or technical issues beyond our control.

• We may request additional verification for high-value or suspicious transactions.

10) Shipping & Delivery

All shipping methods, timelines, delivery exceptions, address responsibilities, failed delivery handling, and damage/tampering claim requirements (including any unboxing-proof requirement) are governed by the Shipping Policy (and where relevant, the Return & Refund Policy).

11) Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All return/refund eligibility, exclusions (including for opened/tampered sealed products, randomized products, singles, slabs, mystery items), conditions, proof requirements, and processing timelines are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.

12) Mystery Boxes / Bundles

Mystery products are curated/randomized by nature. Any rules for value guarantees (if any), exclusions, and refundability are governed by the Return & Refund Policy and product page disclosures.

13) Rip & Ship / Live Breaks

If we offer Rip & Ship/live openings, the specific rules (finality after opening, shipping address confirmation, claim windows, proof requirements) will be detailed on the product page and/or governed by the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

14) Promotions & Discounts

• Promotions may have separate terms and may be modified/withdrawn at any time.

• Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Gift cards/store credit (if offered) are subject to their specific terms disclosed at issuance/purchase.

15) Intellectual Property

All Website content, branding, logos, designs, and materials owned or licensed by us are protected. You may not copy, reuse, reproduce, distribute, or exploit such materials without written permission.

Third-party trademarks (e.g., Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification/resale purposes.

16) Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• attempt unauthorized access to systems/servers/databases

• introduce malware, run bots/scrapers, or disrupt the Website

• impersonate others, submit false information, or engage in fraud

• violate applicable law or third-party rights

17) Disclaimer

• The Website is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free listings.

• Manufacturer packaging/print variations may occur and are not always grounds for return unless covered by the applicable Policy.

18) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

19) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Beyond Ventures LLP harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or violation of laws/rights of others.

20) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays/failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (courier disruptions, natural events, strikes, governmental actions, outages, etc.).

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

22) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
